I recently purchased my new Toyota Camry SE from Copeland Toyota. I already knew what kind of car I was going to buy however the sales department made sure I knew everything about my new car after I picked Toyota. To complete the paper work Laura Williams, from the fiance department, made sure everything was prepared and ready for me when I arrived. Laura reviewed for me all my options in a timely manner and was professional throughout the whole process. My whole experience was hassle free. I have since had my first FREE service at Copeland and found the service department to be just as professional. The service representative knew my name and was ready for me as soon I entered the customer service area. After my service was complete he called me, not me having to call them. Great service. Everyone at the Dealership is welcoming, fair, and knowledgeable. Bob took his time to review the car in detail with me. As well the finance manager was equally informative and fair. Visiting Copeland Toyota is always a pleasurable experience, whether it is servicing an existing vehicle or purchasing a new one. I have serviced my prior Highlander and Lexus RX at Copeland for over 8 years. I just recently traded my Lexus RX to get back into a Highlander. Apart from loving the SUV, the dealership makes sales Copeland for over 8 years. I just recently traded my Lexus RX to get back into a Highlander. Apart from loving the SUV, the dealership makes sales and service so easy. They are genuinely friendly and thrilled to earn your business. I feel strongly that they were very fair with my trade and the new purchase prices. They were not "salesy" but rather informative and honest. I felt a good sense of team spirit there too - many people popping over to help, answer questions - simply put, a nice place to do business. Doesn't hurt that the dealership is right off the highway - easy to get to and also VERY clean. I'm not good with dirt and mess, so that's always helpful to me too. Happy to bring my business to Copeland and I feel they are happy to have me. More
I have dealt with Copland Toyota since the 1970's. They have an excellent sales staff who never pressure me to buy. I currently have a Camry XLE, a Camry LE and a 2014 Corolla LE. Copland's service department is always on time and estimates the cost of the visit perfectly. They always have safety on their mind so if the technicians find something not good they ask if it can be fixed and what the cost will be. Anytime I have had a minor problem, because it's a Toyota, I am taken care if quickly. VERY DISAPPOINTED - I leased a car here 18 months ago and the experience was very good but I have since traded in the vehicle and have left 4 voice mail messages with Steve Buchannan with not one returned an the experience was very good but I have since traded in the vehicle and have left 4 voice mail messages with Steve Buchannan with not one returned and sent a long e-mail to customer service and again NO RESPONSE. I am not sure what this says about the dealership if I cannot get a response after so many attempts to get in touch with them. I called Toyota Corporate regarding an abatement for my personal property tax and regarding the GAP insurance I was talked into buying. Toyota Corporate was great and handled the personal property abatement great. They told me I would have to contact Copeland Toyota regarding the GAP insurance refund process. Well that was 2 weeks ago and still no response. I fully explained what I was looking for in my voice messages along with my e-mail. I clearly told them in my e-mail that without a response I was going to file a complaint with Toyota and voice my dismay on this site. When i was happy with the sale I commended them on this site and now with the lack of response and customer service, because the sale is done I assume, I have let that be know too. They must take the bad with the good. I will now file my complaint with Toyota. More

I came in on saturday night to test drive a specific car and I was able take in home in less than 48 hours(banks were c enough! I LOVE my new camry! They gave me a great price and excellent financing! Joaquin was so friendly and was able to make a usually stressful process (negotiating) a smooth transaction! I never felt pressured or bullied like I have at several different dealerships. Laura in the finance department was awesome! She made the loan process easy and helped us get a great rate! This is my second purchase from copeland and Im sure it's not my last! Thank you so much Joaquin and Shahzad! I am beyond thrilled with my experience and my awesome car! More
