He even helped me to return my leased vehicle and return my plates after purchasing my Camry. He comes in on his days off to help with the vehicle purchase and calls days later to check in on you and see if you have any questions or concerns. Who else does that? All of the personnel at this dealership are extremely helpful and friendly ... I highly recommend this dealership for new or certified pre owned vehicles. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I shopped them last after dealing with 3 other high pressure annoying dealerships. More

Laura kindly assisted me with all the paperwork, making the process effortless. On the day I picked up the car, Max helped me go over some of the complicated workings of the new car's technical features. I would highly recommend Copeland Toyota and plan on doing business with them for many years to come! More
Great Experience I was a first time new car buyer. All of my previous cars were purchased used from junk yards. I went in thinking of buying an older car since I did want a huge monthly payment. After working with Homar Rodriguez and reviewing my options I was able to lease a brand new 2014 Toyota Corolla and stay within my budget. I admit at first I was a skeptic about leasing but, with Homar's knowledge he was able to open my eyes to the option of leasing and he was right...it was the best option for me. I love my first new car and Copeland Toyota made this experience as easy as possible. I will definitely be back to either continue leasing or purchasing my next vehicle. More

New Highlander Purchase I was very pleased with my buying experience at Copeland Toyota. I must have dealt with at least 6 people by the time my purchase was complete and each one as polite, and helpful as the last. Max Reed was a standout and so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable that I was getting a great deal, with no pressure. Jean helped where necessary and was very kind and helpful whenever needed. The owner, Todd, was present and oversaw the whole deal from start to finish. Gido handled the financing (usually boring) paperwork part with ease and swiftness and great personability. I highly reccomend the car buying experience with this team, and they truly do work like a team. More

We were greeted by Homar and he was very helpful in determining our need, having our vehicle looked at to determine the value for the trade in; he was quick to gather information, let us know what was happening every step of the way- explained our options in detail and walked us through each step; brought us to the lot to check the vehicles, test drove it, made the sale and then walked us through the car and all its features, hooked my iphone 5s up to the bluetooth and had us going. All this occurred while our very hyper 3 year old was doing his best to talk to everyone, was being disruptive, etc. He was very patient, as was the rest of the staff during the paperwork stage when our son was interrupting everyone and addressing everyone who walked by. They all spoke to him or smiled and waved, which to me is much appreciated because when you have a young child, not all places have the patience for it. Kudos to them! More

My most recent experience with Bob Curry and Mario Rocha was no less than remarkable. They made my purchase experience joyful. They gave me top dollar for my previous toyota purchase and made my wife and I feel like a member of their own family. During the sales experience my wife had mentioned that I had recently graduated college. Mario remembered this fact and was able to get my wife and I an additional rebate which lowered my overall monthly expenditure for this vehicle. My vehicle service experiences have been similar. Specifically, the team has worked tirelessly to ensure my satisfaction has been truly 100%. I recognize Justin Joseph, a top Service Advisor. I always see if he is available to facilitate my service items. In my business I go out of my way to ensure a quality customer experience as the word of mouth passion carries for years. In summary, you should feel pride to have these individuals on your team and congratulate them for their achievements! More

They use bait and switch tactics and gave us the run around for days! Plus they still owe me $ 500.00 for my deposit that they ripped me off when I never signed a contract! Buyer beware! Copeland was the best! They were friendly ( Stan Morrill was the best) and they did not give us any hassle. The customer service was superior and not high pressure. They were honest, upfront and very professional and courteous .All of the employees greeted you with a smile and did not try and deceive you. I would buy from Copeland again and would recommend them to everyone. Beware of those that say " Come on down!" Run the other way when you hear their commercials! More
Recent Dissatisfaction with Copeland Toyota I have been a customer at Copeland since 1987 - no longer. I have a 2008 Camry LE that has had all the problems Consumer Reports has reported for thi I have been a customer at Copeland since 1987 - no longer. I have a 2008 Camry LE that has had all the problems Consumer Reports has reported for this model . But when I called various things (struts most prominently) to the service people's attention, they gave me bad info - told me they should leak a little bit. Eventually the struts were repaired (thankful for the extended warranty). Also had brake problems called to my attention - got either rear or front fixed and was told the other end was fine. After driving for a short time, the brakes were not feeling the same - I felt unsafe, so I brought the car back and they told me I needed the other end done. After that the brakes were fine. I complained to the service manager and he gave me a run-around - told me to visit him when I was in the building, but he was never available. There was a recent shakeup in the sales department - a really good person was let go - someone I had planned to see when I would next buy a new car. I have no faith in the current sales management. I recently visited another Toyota dealership and felt much more comfortable with them. I have had work done at this new dealership - all excellent reviews. More

I have nothing but great things to say about the ease and speed of the transaction, and took immediate delivery of the vehicle which was absolutely appreciated. My family now has a safe, reliable and fun vehicle to travel in and I can't thank this team enough including Max Reed and Laura Williams. All friendly, competent and overall changed my opinion of the sometimes dreaded car purchase experience. Will definitely recommend and hope to be a 'repeat' customer! More
