My family has been buying vehicles from Copeland Toyota for over 20 years. My most recent purchase is a 2018 RAV4. The salesperson that helped me was Saled Chahoud . He is a truly genuine person. Services department is horrible, I had an appointment for a Monday at 7:45am I dropped off with AAA Tow on Saturday afternoon and Tuesday 12.15 pm they still hasn’t check the vehicle. Poor Customer Service; Wasted My Time. I reached out to see if they could beat a competitive offer from another Toyota dealership. Daneva McWilliams, the Internet Sales Manager, reached ou I reached out to see if they could beat a competitive offer from another Toyota dealership. Daneva McWilliams, the Internet Sales Manager, reached out to me. We discussed some preliminary numbers and talked about my trade. She asked me to send over pictures of my car along with the mileage and the VIN number, so I drove to a nearby empty parking lot to take clear pictures of the car from every angle. After I sent her the pictures, I never heard from her again. I left a voicemail as well as two emails. It's completely fine if they are not able to beat the competitor's price, but to completely ignore all of my communications after asking me to send pictures of my trade in is not only inconsiderate, but it's downright rude. I will not give my business to a dealership that would treat their customers so rudely. More

Best Dealership This is the best dealership I have ever been to. Once I to to the dealership, Frantz was eager and willing to help my sister and I find our dream car. Next, I test drove a car and immediately fell in love with the Toyota Corolla. The same day, I made a next day appointment with Frantz so I can bring my parents to view the car and to help me make a decision. He was so nice and kind to my whole family and made sure that our needs and requirements were met in regards to affordability. He even helped me trade in my old Nissan. Frantz was great and helped me through each step that I needed to do in order to get my new car. It is obvious that he has a passion and dedication to helping others purchase a car that they love.
