Before buying on the spot we did the typical car buying experience – visiting 4 more dealers to make sure we got the best deal and we experienced what we all hate when buying a new vehicle - that "Used/New Car Salesman Experience". After visiting the other dealers and getting a head ache I said what am I doing! We didn't get that at Copeland! We truly had a great experience. while purchasing my wife's 2015 Toyota Venza with much joy and happiness. Marcenel Louis-Charles and his manager Joe truly went beyond the call of duty. Let me explain, after looking at Copeland's inventory on Venzas we found that they didn't have quite what she wished for with equipment. We didn’t want a sun roof and she wanted the White pearl as an exterior color. Well 2 days later the guys at Copeland came through finding a car in Connecticut at another dealer. Marcenel called me and on the phone we made the deal. Four days later my wife and I picked up the new Venza. The following week we had the low-jack system installed and inspection sticker put on the car. NO HASSLE WHAT SO EVER.
