It need 2 new hubcaps. Erik ordered up 4 and when they didn't fit , he re-ordered the proper hubcaps ,keeping me constantly updated. Erik had indicated ,when asked, that he had been selling cars for a year or so. New Camry lease from Erik Thompson! Great Experience!! I came in to buy a used car because my old car was totaled. After having several bad experiences at other dealerships, having people trying to harass I came in to buy a used car because my old car was totaled. After having several bad experiences at other dealerships, having people trying to harass me into buying a car from them, it was a breath of fresh air to be greeted by Erik Thompson. It was great to get to know him, and he ended up getting me into a brand new Camry with a lease, at less than I wanted to pay. I was a little hesitant about leasing at first, but he explained the terms to me and answered all of my 20 plus questions with confidence. He and the finance manager fought to get me approved for a loan, and he even called my insurance agent to get them to move a little faster on the project. The service was second to none. Once the loan was approved, I was driving the car home within a half an hour. During this time, Erik explained the maintenance and service package, and even gave me a full tour of the dealership. He even followed me home in the rental car I had been using at the time. All of this after 3PM on a Friday. Everyone else had left for the night when we finished. To Copeland leadership: Erik is a huge asset to your organization. He is dedicated, and friendly, and makes people feel comfortable, instead of pressured. Carlos got the keys for the vehicle and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, My wife and I went inside the dealership with Carlos and negotiated a fair deal on the vehicle. Tony in finance also showed patience and professionalism. Carlos demonstrated patience and a real understanding for what stressors come along with purchasing a vehicle. At pickup, Carlos was there to greet my wife and took the time to explain and demonstrate how the cars technology components work and features of the vehicle. The car came in immaculate detailed condition! My wife and I appreciate the "above and beyond" that Carlos showed in ensuring we had a pleasant and stress free experience in purchasing a vehicle. Our Experience with Copeland Toyota was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!! We where met at the door by a sales person who was polite and greeted my wife and I with professionalism. On our test drive we notice the brakes making some noise, after we returned we talked about the vehicle and my wife really liked it. Copeland salesperson had the brakes repaired (new pads and rotors turned) pretty much 2/3's of a brake job at no cost to us. I like to see another dealership beat that ! They gave us fair market value for our 2007 Chrysler 300 so after signing papers and waiting for the brakes to be done which wasn;t long my wife drove home in her new 2011 Toyota Rav4, Copeland Toyota Rocks !!!!!!
