I was able to email the team to confirm the vehicle was there, and I was also able to get a pretty good estimate on my trade in before arriving. Traveling from out of state, I did not want to waste my time, or the teams time if the trade in was way off. Upon arrival they were extremely fair with the trade, which made the entire process go much faster. Specifically working with John, Mario and Shahzad made the entire process go quickly and easily (no one wants to spend two days at a dealership, these guys sped the process right along!!) I had spent months going to numerous dealerships trying to find the right car. My credit score wasn't the greatest and every dealership I went to told me that I would need a co-signer in order to get the car I was looking for. But then I found myself at Copeland Toyota, working with Mary Lopez and Mario Rocha. Mary told me all about their leasing programs, and educated me on the differences between leasing and buying. She made me feel comfortable, she was very patient with me, and she was able to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. Mario, who took care of the financial part, was very helpful and did a great job explaining the additional services that they offer. He even took the time to help me set up my automatic payments! The wonderful people at Copeland Toyota were able to get me into a car that I love, at a price that I am comfortable with-- with no co-signer! I am so happy with my new 2015 Toyota Corolla! :) More

So with the holiday around the corner and my wife wanting a new car back to Copeland we went. Before buying on the spot we did the typical car buying experience – visiting 4 more dealers to make sure we got the best deal and we experienced what we all hate when buying a new vehicle - that "Used/New Car Salesman Experience". After visiting the other dealers and getting a head ache I said what am I doing! We didn't get that at Copeland! We truly had a great experience. while purchasing my wife's 2015 Toyota Venza with much joy and happiness. Marcenel Louis-Charles and his manager Joe truly went beyond the call of duty. Let me explain, after looking at Copeland's inventory on Venzas we found that they didn't have quite what she wished for with equipment. We didn’t want a sun roof and she wanted the White pearl as an exterior color. Well 2 days later the guys at Copeland came through finding a car in Connecticut at another dealer. Marcenel called me and on the phone we made the deal. Four days later my wife and I picked up the new Venza. The following week we had the low-jack system installed and inspection sticker put on the car. NO HASSLE WHAT SO EVER.
