He quoted me a work time of about 3 hours and, true to form, I received his call 5 minutes after quoted service time. My only disappointment was not being able to purchase Weathertech Floor Mats ( with "lip" extenders) for my 2012 Toyota Corolla model. As it was explained to me, those are not compatible with my vehicle. Finally, when I reviewed the completed paperwork prior to checkout, I noticed a sheet labelled Complimentary Auto Scan. I wondered why this was not offered to me. This might be a way of "upselling" to customers who are ready a "captive audience". More
