Hi Andrew, we’re very sorry you are unhappy with your experience at Copeland Toyota. I would like to recap your situation to start. During the process of purchasing your vehicle, you sat with our Business Manager Mario and went over all of the aftermarket products and services available to you. During this process all of the stipulations of these products and services were disclosed to you (as is our policy for every customer) including that LoJack is a physical product that cannot be “canceled” as it is actually installed into the vehicle. The $50 cancelation fee for the GAP warranty was also disclosed and is referenced in the contract you signed. We were happy to cancel your GAP warranty within the 30 day period for the disclosed $50 cancelation fee, but unfortunately once LoJack is installed, it cannot be canceled, it must be removed as a separate action which has an associated cost. Thank you for your feedback and please let us know if there is any more information we can provide you with.
