They responded promptly, answered all my questions and kept me informed of the availability of the vehicle i was interested in. When we arrived after a two hour drive we were greeted by Alan who was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and non pressuring. He was a breath of fresh air where car salesmen are concerned. The price of the vehicle was fair from the very start and the trade in offer they gave me was extremely generous. Mike in the financing department took care of the final buying experience and was professional and efficient, realizing we had a long ride home. I would absolutely do business here again and would not hesitate to drive 2 hours again to purchase my next vehicle from Copeland. More

Surprisingly I bought the first car I drove. We went to Copeland to drive a couple of cars, not to buy. I have to say that Matt was quite the salesman, all good. He was low key, low pressure. A RAV4 Hybrid was something we were thinking about. He picked one off the lot. It was the perfect car. His instincts were spot on. We drove it and bought it. That is extremely out of character but Matt found us just what we loved, so why drag it all out? He's a great addition to Copeland. More

Bought my new Scion tC the first day I went looking. I've been driving my car for 16 years and did not look forward to going to a dealership to replace it. On my first day out I test drove a few cars and I've been driving my car for 16 years and did not look forward to going to a dealership to replace it. On my first day out I test drove a few cars and then found a sharp red 2015 Scion tC with less than 100 miles on it at Copeland Toyota. I've always owned American brand cars and wasn't sure about switching. The salesman Robert Burgo was pleasant to do business with and worked with me as best he could. I bought the car on my first day out looking. Robert Burgo and the rest of the people I met at Copeland Toyota did a great job getting everything squared away and me on my way in my new car. Robert is new to the dealership, but definitely an asset. Mike Burden was also a big help. Thanks guys! More
