Never ever buy or repair at copeland warning alert !!!!!!!!! Took in my 2015 avalon for right front wheel checkup my car was still under warranty. Dealer claimed to have diagnosed car and found my wheel bearing, Took in my 2015 avalon for right front wheel checkup my car was still under warranty. Dealer claimed to have diagnosed car and found my wheel bearing, drive axle and speeding sensor was bad. Gave me an estimate of $1670 for repairs claiming my car was not eligible for warranty because they suspected the wheel hub nut was tampered with. Now i took car to braintree toyota and the same check was done and all parts were intact. What does this tell u? Never trust copeland u will regret one day and never say u did not read this. Currently filing paper at court. This issue is totally un A merican. The dealer needs to be investigated. More

He showed me the car without the "aggressive pitch" and highlighted the functionality of the vehicle. Carleen, the Business Manager, was also fantastic and well-informed. Great Experience On Sunday, April 2, 2017 my wife and I were driving north on route 24. she suggested that we stop and check out the 2017 Toyota Highlanders. We entere On Sunday, April 2, 2017 my wife and I were driving north on route 24. she suggested that we stop and check out the 2017 Toyota Highlanders. We entered the dealership and were greeted by Alan Miller, Sales and Leasing Consultant. Alan showed us several Highlanders and we test drove on and loved it. We were looking for a different color. He worked with us and they located the color that we wanted. That vehicle came with a few more options that wasn't on the one we test drove. To put it simply we bought the Highlander and couldn't be happier. This is our second Toyota Highlander we purchased from Copeland. Our 2012 has over 108,000 miles on it, and runs like its brand new. Alan Miller and the entire team that we worked with are extremely talented and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Copeland Toyota to everyone. Be sure to ask for Alan Miller, he's the best. More
A waste of time I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealer. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with someone named Ryan to see a use I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealer. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with someone named Ryan to see a used Honda Fit. We show up at the time agreed upon (10am) only to be told that Ryan doesn't work until 12pm and so we were shuffled around to a random salesperson who knew nothing about our visit. After 20 minutes of sitting in a cubicle while the salesperson attempts to find the Honda Fit on the lot, we were told that the car was damaged in the lot by an employee and it's in the body shop. The computer system didn't update the status of the car. "Would you like to see a similar car? Would you like to come back in a few days?" So let's give this dealer the benefit of the doubt, shall we? Let's assume the computer system truly was screwed up. Here's where they still fail, and here's why I'm irritated. We drove 1.5 hours one way in rain and traffic from the North Shore to get to this dealer for a scheduled appointment. Ryan's responsibility to us as our first point of contact is to give a proper handoff to another salesperson if he isn't scheduled to work that day and to keep us informed. The new salesperson should know who we are, when we're arriving, and what car we want to look at. And because this is a scheduled appointment, at 9:30am that new salesperson should have located the car on the lot to park it up front so it was ready to go when we arrived - and this is where an appropriate system of checks and balances comes into play, and where this dealership fails big time. Because EVEN IF the computer system wasn't updated, at 9:30am that salesperson could have realized the issue and called us immediately. Sure, I would have been disappointed that the car wasn't available, but I also wouldn't have driven so far and I could have turned around and driven to work. And I probably would have been more inclined to revisit the dealership since they kept me informed, owned up to their error immediately, and had my best interest in mind. So, big waste of my time and my money since I'm not getting paid for the time that I traveled to this dealer. More

Total waste of time They ask you to come in and claim that they can get you a car with lower monthly payments than what you're now paying. After sitting there for hours while they go over everything and checking your credit, they realize that they can't help you. They say they'll call you the next day and they walk away without saying goodbye. You never hear from them again. I will never go there again. More
