Our salesman, Alan was able to move the process forward quickly. There was none of the phony negotiations and our time was not wasted. The business people were knowledgeable when laying out our options and were able to answer our questions. They even took the extract step to double check with Toyota on a question related to the extended warranty. We would highly recommend dealing with Copeland. We have been loyal service customers for years but this is our first time buying a car at Copeland. They will be our first choice going forward. More

Awful condescending..no help Certified preowned 2013 Rav 4 still under warrant has a water leak they can not find but found the water damage to carpet and jute...Told I have dange Certified preowned 2013 Rav 4 still under warrant has a water leak they can not find but found the water damage to carpet and jute...Told I have dangerous mold and the car is unsafe to drive... $1800.00 estimate..Water damage..mold...I am so angry. I have had the car less than a year and have only put 7000 miles on it...the car has 43212 miles on it. I couldn't morally sell it to anyone .. More

Awful I went to copeland to purchase 2 vehicles. I asked the price on 6 vehicles, never got them. They brought out a rusted rave 4 and told me all vehives r I went to copeland to purchase 2 vehicles. I asked the price on 6 vehicles, never got them. They brought out a rusted rave 4 and told me all vehives rust and I could pay $100 per wheel to buff out. I have never felt so discriminted against as a woman purchasing 2 cars. The sales manager was terrible. In the end I bought 2 cars at another dealer with no issue. I do not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! More
