Great service! I took my Subaru for a 30,000 mile service today at Beard Subaru in Hyannis. When I arrived, I found out that the service would take several hours - f I took my Subaru for a 30,000 mile service today at Beard Subaru in Hyannis. When I arrived, I found out that the service would take several hours - far too long for me to sit and wait. I had errands to run, shopping to do, and a PT appointment to get to. I thought I would have to reschedule, but the Jim Welch, an assistant service manager, arranged for a loaner car for me so I could take care of my errands and shop, while the techs worked on my car as quickly as possible. The net-net? Car service, errands, and shopping completed in time for me to get to my PT appointment! The service personnel at Beard are truly great - personable, helpful, and attentive to customer's needs. I highly recommend them! More

Fantastic Customer Service at Subaru Express Service I noticed that my Subaru Outback had a small oil drip (spot on my garage floor). I brought it to Beard's Subaru Express Service and they quickly foun I noticed that my Subaru Outback had a small oil drip (spot on my garage floor). I brought it to Beard's Subaru Express Service and they quickly found that during my last oil change, the technician had forgotten to put a filter gasket on. Rob Rooney (the Express Service Manager) was AWESOME. Rather than just put a gasket and top the oil, he gave me an entire oil change - free of charge - just to be sure it was done right! He also did a multi-point inspection and topped the fluids (again, free of charge)! Rob was extremely knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. The service was quick, thorough and pleasant! That type of service is hard to find these days! More
