When I received my reminder of my next scheduled maintenance it also told me what the price would be. The funny thing is, when the young man handed me my bill he told me he was giving me a discount maintenance it also told me what the price would be. The funny thing is, when the young man handed me my bill he told me he was giving me a discount and I was feeling happy. Then when I looked at the total it was exactly what my e-mail told me my total would be so I’m confused. I didn’t bring it to his attention because I didn’t have any proof at the time to question his “discount”. I also don’t understand why each time I bring my car in for service the technician always changes my headlight/high beam setting. It’s not like my car is going in for an inspection. Of course I never realize this until I’m driving at night and notice that my lights aren’t on. Just something I wanted to mention. As for the people that write up the service they are all very professional and polite especially Patrick. I’m always so happy to see that he is still working at Subaru even though there have been many company name changes. Patrick always makes me feel important and comfortable that my car is in good hands, he’s a keeper. More
Employees were awesome in the service department. Very friendly and efficient.
