I brought my Subaru in for a recall repair, oil change and sticker. I was called 3 hours after drop off and told my car needed $900 worth of repairs(3 year old vehicle). I had brake pads replaced and 2 days later my rear, right hubcap fell off while driving. I did get a replacement the next day but overheard mechanic telling an employee to “try and get them to buy new brakes” as I was waiting in garage. The employee who helped me with service the second time I went back was really great. His name was Patrick. All of the employees were helpful. Thank you. More

This place is fast, professional, convenient, informative, and friendly. One thing I didn't like was getting a phone call from someone after the visit who said that I should bring my car in agai informative, and friendly. When I received my reminder of my next scheduled maintenance it also told me what the price would be. The funny thing is, when the young man handed me my bill he told me he was giving me a discount maintenance it also told me what the price would be. Then when I looked at the total it was exactly what my e-mail told me my total would be so I’m confused. I didn’t bring it to his attention because I didn’t have any proof at the time to question his “discount”. I also don’t understand why each time I bring my car in for service the technician always changes my headlight/high beam setting. It’s not like my car is going in for an inspection. Of course I never realize this until I’m driving at night and notice that my lights aren’t on. Just something I wanted to mention. As for the people that write up the service they are all very professional and polite especially Patrick. I’m always so happy to see that he is still working at Subaru even though there have been many company name changes. Patrick always makes me feel important and comfortable that my car is in good hands, he’s a keeper. More
