I made appointment in person for audio update svc and loaner car. I received 2 fancy Subaru emails confirming all details. When I showed up on time they were confused, I was not scheduled and they said t loaner car. I received 2 fancy Subaru emails confirming all details. When I showed up on time they were confused, I was not scheduled and they said they had no loaner cars. I said what about these 2 emails? They said the emails are written by somebody at a desk off site who knows nothing about what's going on at the dealer. !! More
