I bought my 2017 subaru forester last year from Copeland and it has been a great vehicle so far. Copeland is great to work with as they are fair and honest. A few months after buying the car, I noticed that and it has been a great vehicle so far. Copeland is great to work with as they are fair and honest. A few months after buying the car, I noticed that the ac was not working. They took care of it for no charge. I just replaced all four tires, the price was as good as any option around. Copeland also did an oil change and checked the radio. The radio is being replaced under an extended warranty I purchased. Copeland gave me a loaner while the tires and other work was done and they are giving me a loaner when I bring my car in for the radio replacement. I would recommend Copeland to everyone. Great place to buy a car and a great service department. More

Robert and Patrick were great. Was a little disappointed because I thought I would pick up the car on Tuesday and was not called. When I called Wednesday was told there was a misco Was a little disappointed because I thought I would pick up the car on Tuesday and was not called. When I called Wednesday was told there was a miscommunication problem. Also somewhat disappointed that I had to get my own sticker. I plan on reaching out to Subaru to express my concern regarding the rust damage to my 2014 Impreza. I brought that car in for service and inspection every year so don’t understand how the damage could have happened in a year. I still have faith in Subaru. More
