Awesome experience!!! Nick was an awesome sales consultant, although new he was very knowledgable. Everything was done in a timely manner. deceitful advertising i had the same experience that Arthur Rodrigues posted about on 10/8/16....i went in based on an advertisement that the dealer had no intention of hon i had the same experience that Arthur Rodrigues posted about on 10/8/16....i went in based on an advertisement that the dealer had no intention of honoring, test drove the exact vehicle in the ad, and was told that the ad contains disclaimers that disqualify 99% of the population from getting the discounts....i was then told "all dealers do this", "gm makes us advertise this way", and "we can give you a really good deal on something else"....classic bait and switch...it's also disturbing that although being notified of this on 10/8 via Arthur Rodrigues's post, they continue this unethical practice....to be fair, i was notified 3 days later that the vehicle i was interested in now qualifies for the discounts (whatever)....but at that point i was happy to give another dealer my business....i found what i was looking for for the advertised price at another dealer, so all dealers don't do this....i did send 3 emails to 2 different people voicing my displeasure, they all went unanswered.... Jason Pappas the General Manager also chipped in at the time of delivery because they were swamped with deliveries.The finance manager was also very professional and personable just like the previous mentioned. They had the Tahoe LTZ in stock that I was looking for with HUD Option (Heads Up Display). I would highly recommend Copeland Chevy if you are in the market for a new Chevy. They earned all 10's in my book and would purchase there again in the blink of an eye and highly recommend others to do so also! More
