Thank you for providing this feedback. I apologize if there was any miscommunication on this visit. We follow strict industry guidelines with regard to what sections of a tire can be repaired. The safe zone is the tread area between the outer and inner shoulders of the tire. I'd be happy to pull your records and review the technician's notes as well as send you some pictures of the approvable repair zone if that would help to give you continued peace of mind with the reliability of the tire.
