Almost a month since your email where you said you were going to find out what is going on….No answer from you. You basically did the same of anybody else I talked before. It makes me think if my next car will be a Chevy. I mean, how can I trust on a brand the provides this low quality service? I was never treated like this when the dealer was Balise!

Due to some supply chain issues, those are on back order however we are expecting to see them in a few weeks. If you want us to secure one of those for you, I can have my Parts Manager reach out. They retail for $559 and we would handle the labor to replace it at no charge if we supplied you with the unit. Because they are in short supply, they have to be pre-paid for, so if you're interested, let me know and I'll ask him to call you. Thanks.
