Worth the drive! I was looking for a very specific (used) Chevy Silverado and contacted many dealers in my area without much luck. Most did not have what I was lookin I was looking for a very specific (used) Chevy Silverado and contacted many dealers in my area without much luck. Most did not have what I was looking for and many tried to sell me something else (that I did not want or could afford). That is when I expanded my search and found Beard Chevrolet. They had a vehicle that looked promising and after initial contact on-line, I was provided all the information that I needed to drive the 75 miles to test drive the Silverado. I guess I picked the right dealer because the entire process was easy and smooth. Everyone was very friendly and provided the information that lead us to our decision to not only purchase the Silverado but to finance it through them instead of my own bank. Oh, I almost forgot. The price was well below what I had seen for a comparable vehicle making the deal that much better. Thanks to all at Beard Chevy for the great treatment and really nice ride! More

My husband and I came upon some unexpected hard times a few years back .It involved a personal bankruptcy for my husband, unfortunately, it affected my credit a well. My vehicle is 18 years old and I was SURE I would NEVER get financing for a new car. On October 28th I came home from work and, on a whim, decided to go on Beard Chevrolet's web site to cyber shop. I had my eyes on a Chevy Cruze. so, not requiring face to face contact, I decided to fill out an online application.....again, NEVER expecting the outcome. That weekend, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mackenzie and Nancy at the dealership. SURPRISE!!!!! I was approved. there was a car available so I went in on Monday October 31st met with a salesman named James , signed some papers and, to make a short story shorter I am picking up my new ( used 2014 ) Chevy Cruze on Friday Nov 4th!! He listened to us when we explained what our specific needs were and then he showed us a vehicle that fit those needs. Overall I found Frank very helpful and not "pushy" at all. We were able to agree upon a price that made us all happy without any hassle. During this process we also met with the general manager, Anthony, who also treated us great. The impression I got from him and everyone else I dealt with, was that they were trying to "treat us right" to not only make a deal but to earn a customer. I know that I will continue to use this dealership for service and all other Chevy needs. More

I wanted a reasonably priced used car with all wheel drive. He had the personality of a snail - zippo! I purchased my present car at this dealership and while I was having a recalled item repaired (the third!) I decided to see what was on the lot. So, instead of a salesperson, I received an escort around the lot and was told I wasn't giving him enough information. I told him he should ask more questions! Please, Beard Chevrolet, hire people with some manners, personality and interest in cars. More
