Plus, he followed up with several phone calls a few days later. If you are a senior citizen, expect no "my dear's"--just authentic, factual discourse. I found my experience with Ted Noble to be one of the best I have ever encountered in shopping for a new car. He was very forthright and very honest in answering my questions. The car we ended up buying previously was the owner, Lee Hawthorne's, car and it was in excellent condition and he made it available any time we came to drive and check it out. From the person who answers the phone on down the line, customer service is priority #1 and it is very evident. We have used the service department for years with our old Toyotas and they have always done a great job. When you buy a car from CB Toyota you get free car washes whenever you want which was an added bonus. Lee met us and showed us around the new remodeling they are doing to the showroom and when it is done, it will be undoubtedly the nicest dealership in Oregon.
