I had a scheduled maintenance for my 2014 Toyota Rav4, which included a oil change and tire rotation, at Coos Bay Toyota After my car was serviced, they Washed my Vehicle. That extra service was Awesome!!! I also lucked out, because, the Dealership had a free Bar-B-Q , on the Saturday I brought my vehicle in for service, so, I had a delicious lunch, as I waited for my vehicle. The employees I interacted with were so Friendly!!! What A Great First Impression of Coos Bay Toyota!!! Thank-you All Very Much!!! More

There was no hassle, no special looks or anything else that would have made us uncomfortable. The owner, the sales manager and the salesman, Steve, were just over and above what I was used to and what I was expecting when I returned the car. If you buy a car, buy it from these folks. Talk to Steve. Their in-dealer café is great also. The absolute best experience ever buying a car.
