Yet timing being what it is we needed a second vehicle for business and personal needs. Marc and I looked at several Chevy model vehicles but I had a choice in a new car or a certified used car. I am very partial to Impalas’ and a 2018 model with 7000 miles on it was very nice considering the price and comfort it provided. So we went in and did the paperwork with Tim Bentley and all said and done with a handshake. Feeling good at Cooper Chevrolet once again. More

Incredibly efficient process and experience I got in communication with Chris over 2 months ago. My wife's lease was coming to and end on our 2016 Encore. She absolutely loved the car. We though I got in communication with Chris over 2 months ago. My wife's lease was coming to and end on our 2016 Encore. She absolutely loved the car. We thought about just buying it after the lease, but when we originally shopped for this one, she wanted red and unfortunately a red one with all the options was not available in the state. My main form of communication with Chris was text. That was my preference and I wanted to see if a deal could be made through this medium. I have been in automotive digital marketing over 20 years. I have seen the progression of the internet, websites and technology in dealerships throughout the country. It is very satisfying to see a dealership embrace the technology and grow with it. The dealership had a 2019 Red Encore with all the bells and whistles my wife wanted. In fact, there was not another one like it in our area. The first time I contacted Chris, there were no good manufacturer incentives to help with this vehicle leasing. This month, there were good incentives so Chris got to work for me. I was very straight and upfront with Chris with everything about our current lease ending and the condition of the car. I told him where I would like to get to for lease payment. Chris got back to me in a timely fashion with a lease deal I was very happy with. I was able to provide all my and my wife's information via text and secured forms from their website. My wife and I drove an hour to get to this dealership event though I had a local dealer just around the corner. When my wife and I arrived, the car was out front, full of gas and ready for my wife to test drive. Chris came out and immediately greeted us with a pleasant smile and confident handshake. My wife jumped into the driver seat and I told Chris to go ahead and get int he passenger seat and I would just hang out right here. I wanted my wife to make the decision without any of my influence, after all this will be her car. When she got back, she was smiling from ear to ear and loved the new 2019 Encore. With that, we went inside with Chris and sat down. He notified Lauren that we were there and ready for the paperwork. Lauren sat down with us and had everything already printed out and ready to be signed. It only took us 10 minutes to sign all the paperwork and we were done and ready for delivery. Lauren was efficient and pleasant. Chris took us outside to go over the features and help get connected to the Buick infotainment system so we could fully utilize the new technology. Chris is a great guy and we were able to establish a great relationship even though texting is so informal, Chris was able to make that connection. With all the legwork we were able to do before visiting the dealership, this is by far my most favorite car buying experience ever. We were in and out with our new car within an hour. My wife was ecstatic and because we were able to be in and out, we went and had a nice dinner and some shopping before we made the hour drive back home. Absolutely a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Chris for your next purchase. More
