He explained to me everything he knew about the car and made sure I was aware of how to turn all the electronial computer gadgets in the car. For an older person this alone can be confusing. He took me inside, made sure I was comfortable and helped me with my deal. Being an older person i just cannot give what the sticker price is, i was able to dicker them down just enough to make me comfortable with the deal. The used car manager, Keith was wonderful and made sure I understood all the details of my deal. I took the paperwork back to Tim and was offered a warrenty that covered everything, I was not pressured to buy this warrenty, but it was such a great deal I purchased it too. I had to return the car for some tweeking and again I was treated like i was a family member. From Meagan to Keith and everybody I dealt with inbetween I couldnt be happier with my car and the wonderfully polite people I met that day. More
