Our VW Routan had just hit 100k miles and was making us nervous that something big was going to go out in it. We were greeted out on the sales lot by Carolyn. She was very nice and was quick to show us inside the Town & Country we were nosing at. What I loved is she addressed me, the wife/mom; instead of my husband. Usually at the dealerships, the salesperson is fast to talk to my husband and will only address me when I ask a question. Through the whole experience, I was number one. I don't know if my husband liked it, but too bad for him! When Carolyn saw the T&C we were looking at didn't have all the features I wanted, she took us over to the new models. We test drove a 2014 and were in love. By the time we got back, the appraisal had been done on our trade and she had a handful of paperwork ready to go. She was very thorough in explaining all the warranties and optional buys, and if she didn't know something, she found an answer as fast as she could. I had to return to the dealership today to pick up some items that we weren't able to get to because the parts department was closed by the time we had signed everything, and she was right there waiting for me, with everything ready to go. She has even set up an appointment for me to have the hitch and mud flaps installed! She made the whole process very easy and I left there feeling like we made a good decision. I think what really won me over with her is that she was completely fine with our 3 kids being there. They are 4, 1, and under 3 months. She had no problems with them making messes on and under her desk, stopping because of someone running off, and (what I appreciate more than anything) she had absolutely no problem with me breastfeeding the baby while we talked. Her attitude towards my kids alone would bring me back in a heartbeat! Drew in finance was also great. He talked to us like adults, where some finance specialists treat you like a small child, and didn't get mad when I misread a receipt and asked for clarification on a few of the numbers. He was also great with our little xxxxxxx. If you need to buy a car, want a thorough experience with little to no pressure, and you have crazy kids like we do, I highly recommend you go visit Carolyn, and if you want someone laid back and happy to help with financing, ask for Drew!! More

After an extensive test drive and showing, we sat down and they worked with us on the price. We hadn't really intended to leave with the new car that night, but we did because the deal seemed good, and I was encouraged by the lifetime powertrain warranty. Talk about peace of mind! They close at 9pm, and we had several employees stay till like 10pm getting our paperwork done etc., that was really nice. So far we love the vehicle. The only minor gripe I have is that the interior detail job wasn't the greatest... could have used another swipe of the shop vac... maybe it had a dirty test drive or two, I don't know. I would recommend CRC and Carolyn to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Searched on line for a used Jeep. Found one at this place. First let me say that their lifetime warranty is not explained right at all, so here I thought I was going to get a warranty with this vehic place. They told me on arrival that they don't offer it on vehicles over 100K. Okay, fine, but it does not say that anywhere on their website! That is bait and switch, and they have a nice errors and omissions law suit staring at them if the right person wanted to sue them. I took the truck for a drive anyways. There was a whirring sound, and a grinding sound. Told Arland that I didnt like those 2 sounds, and to have it checked out. Nick the lead mechanic came out. He told me that the whirring noise was the power steering from the hoses that he replaced. I was like okay.... what about the grinding? I was not sold on the power steering but whatever. They thought it was tension or idler pulley, so they took it in. I offered them 700 less than they were asking because of the faults I found, and the used car sales manager told me that he wasn't in a hurry to sell that vehicle, but maybe in 40 days if it was still here he would. I told him that even with the things I found wrong with it, he wouldnt budge? Then Arland comes back and says that they found out the noise was the water pump, and they werent going to fix it. Well that sold me on leaving! They were not nice at all, they told me if I didnt like their warranty wording just dont buy the truck, and they refused to fix anything that was wrong. I hope no one buys that truck, they will be dumping over 1K into it sooner than later after they drive it off the lot! More
