She introduced me to Joe who helped answer all my questions. Joe was great to work with. He got me pricing from parts, explained all my options, and even went over the tread wear rating. He also told me about their free tire rotation program and how they fill the tires with nitrogen when purchased at the dealership. I really like that! When the Dodge offers hit the right amount, Jim game me a heads up. I ordered my car! Delivery was 6-8 weeks from my order. It did take the full 8 weeks, but Jim was checking the status of the car regularly and kept me informed. As soon as that car hit the state he got it to the dealership. I LOVE my new car!!!
