Made it easier than I thought possible! I had been looking at cars for some length of time. In Minnesota buying a new car in the winter isn't always the best choice. Carolyn Hagen was my salesperson and greeted me with a smile and a bear hug that I never expected. She was genuinely happy to meet me and work with me. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase through him and this dealership and would not go to anyone else! He is top notch to work with - he had cars ready and warmed up for us to go test drive right away. He understood what we needed even though not exactly what we wanted, but he knew it was what we could afford and get the financing for and he made the best of it for us. He went the extra effort by doing a dealer trade for a color we wanted, but found one with the larger back up screen that we were used to and liked on our Dart and went ahead and traded for that one without us even requesting it.
