Excellent customer service We had a great experience purchasing our new Jeep from Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! In fact, we didn't have the intention of purchasing a vehi We had a great experience purchasing our new Jeep from Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! In fact, we didn't have the intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, we were just out looking. Our sales person, Shahrukh, worked so hard to get us the best deal we couldn't say no! He did a great job as well as the entire staff including the finance guys, vehicle delivery staff and manager. The process was seamless. Shahrukh asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and pulled up the Jeep for us to take out for a test drive within 10 minutes. The rest is history. Thank you for doing such an amazing job! We love our new Jeep! More

Best Car purchase experiance This is the third vehicle I have purchased at Coon Rapids Chrysler and I have to say I didn't think the experiance could get better but it did. BEST Buying Experience EVER! We decided to shop for a newer Dodge Grand Caravan at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because they actually had the vehicle we were interested in We decided to shop for a newer Dodge Grand Caravan at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because they actually had the vehicle we were interested in & they offered the Lifetime Power Train Warranty on all their used vehicles. We worked with Sean Flanagan & would recommend him to anyone! He took the time to explain everything the vehicle had to offer. He didn't make us feel rushed into buying. The vehicle we looked at was spotless! We looked at other dealers to see what they had to offer but nothing compared to the minivan we purchased. The price, cleanliness of the vehicle, the price we received for our trade and working with Sean was the BEST buying experience EVER! Not that our minivan needed it because it was already spotless but Chris Burmis in the detailing department made our vehicle look spectacular at pick up! We felt like we were purchasing a brand new vehicle when we were actually buying used. More

Excellent Service and Excellent Vehicles When we went to the dealership we were set on buying a brand new 2015 dodge journey, however after test driving the avp model I was not impressed, we When we went to the dealership we were set on buying a brand new 2015 dodge journey, however after test driving the avp model I was not impressed, we were wanting something with towing capabilities, and something that was fully loaded and awd if possible. Sean showed us two used Journeys an R/T and a Crew, both were almost identical (the R/T had a DVD and sunroof) but the R/T had 20,000+ miles more. I fell in love immediately with the Crew and all of the bells and whistles. Thank you Sean for helping us find our "new" vehicle. The lifetime power train warranty was the deal sealer for us More
