Quick, Painless and Easy Way to Buy a Car! I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership before and it was an easy experience as that time I paid cash for my son's college vehicle. However, this time I needed to finance my new car and I hate the waiting time , etc...that goes into buying a vehicle. So I decided to do most of the work online with my sales person. I shopped the car I wanted a 2015 Dodge Journey. A pop up in the corner was from Carolyn who was a sales person there and she inquired if I needed help. I explained what I wanted to do and within minutes she had emailed me a credit application and we got to work. Long story short due to a busy schedule a week later I was on the floor buying my new car..paper work ready, minimal wait, etc... A dream come true! Carolyn found the exact color I wanted when the black model was already gone from their lot. She had texted me extensively on everything about the vehicle, my finance options and the like. Friendly and organized I would recommend her as a great salesperson to use! I also have to commend our finance manager....he was amazing as well and super friendly and funny! I went in really not knowing what I was looking for and not even sure if I would be approved for a loan. The staff helped me find a car I was interested in and at a price that I could afford. Everyone was quite friendly. The lot was EXTREMELY crowded with cars, but they are currently creating an extension to their lot, and that issue should be gone soon. I also was there for about five hours. One of those hours was spent waiting for them to detail the car after I had purchased it, but the dealership was quite busy that day; I'm sure they handled things as quickly as they could. Overall, I had a great experience, and I will most likely return in the future for more Jeep purchases! More
