Good experience buying a car for the first time in 12 years We decided to purchase a new 4x4 SUV for daily commuting and some occasional hard core offroading in severe snow, mud and clay. I was concerned a typi We decided to purchase a new 4x4 SUV for daily commuting and some occasional hard core offroading in severe snow, mud and clay. I was concerned a typical AWD SUV would not have sufficient offroad capability when we needed it most. David Klein really listened to us explain our needs for traction in challenging conditions and also understood that we didn't need nor necessarily want all of the available tech features available these days. He suggested we look at both the Cherokee Trailhawk and the Grand Cherokee. He was very patient as we took extended test drives of both and after hearing our preference for the Trailhawk he gave it to us for the night. We returned it the next day and he didn't pressure us for a decision at all. We negotiated a little over the phone for a day or two and then he suggested we stop in personally so he could get a little more aggressive in finding us the very best price. He then met my requested price with no additional haggling and was super helpful teaching us about the features and helping to link our phones, set up Sirius XM radio, etc. He had a no pressure style and let us come to a decision on our own.
