Went for an oil change, ended up in a new car! We went to get our oil changed on our pickup and do some window shopping for a new vehicle for myself. While looking around and asking some quest We went to get our oil changed on our pickup and do some window shopping for a new vehicle for myself. While looking around and asking some questions aloud to each other Chaz overheard our thinking out loud and quietly answered a question without being pushy or going directly into 'salesman' mode. We walked around some more and came back to Chaz and the 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that was parked right at his desk. We chatted for a little bit and he got to know what our needs would be in a new vehicle, and why it was were turned in a lease at a competitors location up the road. Chaz was pleasant from the start. Carefully listening to our concerns, our lifestyle needs in a vehicle, answered a ton of questions from the serious to the silly, and set us up with three different test drives. We ended up at his desk, concerned with our payment limit and he went off to see what he could do. He came back with a great deal for us and got the vehicle down to a price we could work within our payment funds. He was overall a great guy to work with, remaining professional yet funny, never in a sleazy salesperson mode and really did take the time to show us ALL the bells and whistles this machine comes with. We will for sure be recommending this location and Chaz specifically to all of our friends. More
