The vehicle was in great shape as Jeff said it would be. He fixed a couple of minor things as promised and helped me get all the paperwork and financing (with the help of Oliver) ahead of time so I could give this vehicle to my girlfriend as a surprise. My salesperson Carolyn Hagen helped me through the entire process. She checked on my wheel/tire warranty for me to make sure it would cover the damage. Michael Mapplebeck helped me in service and got me in right away to put the spare tire on my car and started the claim for my warranty. When i came back to get the new tire and rim put on, Carolyn made sure that there was a rental car waiting for me. Very happy with the service I received at Coon Rapids Chrysler!!! More

Above and beyond I live out of state and they stayed open to make sure we got the deal for after I blew a tire on the way there.
