I visited 3 other dealerships before purchasing a vehicle at Coon Rapids Chrysler. I have to say that what made the decision so much easier was the up front nature of the dealership, the warranty and our wonderful sales consultant Carolyn. Carolyn went above and beyond what was necessary and took every measure she could to ensure that we were 100% satisfied not only during, but after our purchase. She was so incredibly kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy car buying experience. More

I had to come back the next day due to personal reasons but Chad set it up for me to finish the purchase process with Sean Flannigan. Sean was also very helpful and we finished the purchase process. Dealership was clean and the showroom was packed with people but it appeared everyone was getting help of some kind. More
