Went the extra mile. I email about a vehicle that I was interested in and Carolyn contacted me with in a short amount of time. We went in and regardless of what she was do I email about a vehicle that I was interested in and Carolyn contacted me with in a short amount of time. From Alaska to Coon Rapids to buy a used vehicle I searched car gurus using a 500 mile radius from a Kansas City, MO and St Paul, MN zip code where my son and sister-in-law live respectively. It beca I searched car gurus using a 500 mile radius from a Kansas City, MO and St Paul, MN zip code where my son and sister-in-law live respectively. It became apparent I should go to Coon Rapids Chrysler to buy my 2016 used Chrysler Town & Country van. I called the dealer and they hooked me up with Chad Warner, a 20 year plus expert selling cars, and after the first few minutes I knew I would feel comfortable buying a vehicle from Chad. After that it took only a few hours and my wife was driving away in the van. Chad listen to what I wanted to do and answered all my questions at which time he gave me a few recommendations, which I heeded. It indeed was a very pleasant and hassle free experience. Accountable, Great follow up, Immediate response We have been working with Steve Erickson at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep for the past year. We knew what vehicle we wanted as did Steve but we were We have been working with Steve Erickson at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep for the past year. We knew what vehicle we wanted as did Steve but we were just not ready to jump. Steve kept in connect with us throughout the year off and on. This last week we connected again and Steve asked us to hang tight as he had a beautiful vehicle coming in that was a perfect match. As we waited 1 week it finally came in. We did a test drive, inspection and this was the Jeep! within 3 days the Jeep was formally inspected by the service department, all safe inspections pasted, detailed and ready to go. We in and out working with Steve and Dave in 1 hour driving away in the vehicle we patiently waited for. Thank you to both Steve and Dave for the great experience, compassion and listening to what we wanted and we got our PRIZE! More
