Great Customer Service Experience My husband, son and I went in to buy a new (to us) vehicle. We had the exact vehicle in mind off their website and knew exactly what we needed. I had already talked to Chad, our sales person, via phone and email. He was friendly and not at all pushy, which I appreciated the most. Once we arrived he was quick to help us get out for a test drive. It was a very windy winter day so it was hard to determine a few things with the fan however I was at ease with not worrying since the issues (if any) would be covered by the wonderful lifetime warranty that is INCLUDED! Now it was time to talk numbers. I had a trade in and knew exactly the number I needed to be at to leave with a new vehicle. Chad and the buying manager (cannot remember his name) made it all work. Included in my purchase agreement was the installation of a remote start. Once we got into the financing office, the remote start was not written into the agreement. The gentleman helping us ensured that it would still be honored even if we didn't redo all the paperwork. I was skeptical but said okay. Thankfully they honored their word and the remote start was installed. The day after the remote start was installed, I woke up to a completely flat tire. I called the dealership and explained that I had no issues until the auto concepts place took the van and then all the sudden have a completely flat tire. So the service tech, Bill, said they would take care of it. My husband was able to get air in the tire to drive it to the dealership, the shuttle brought him back home while they figured out what was wrong. An hour or so later, Bill called back stating the van was all set. It had picked up a large screw which caused the leak overnight. They repaired it and sent the shuttle to pick my husband back up! I am very appreciative of the same day service to ensure the least amount of interruption to our schedules. All around great customer service! I will definitely recommend to family and friends! More

I am a single lady who needs a reliable and dependable vehicle and a dealership that will take care of any issues I may encounter "down the road". This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Coon Rapids Chrysler Plymouth. Back in the '90's, Coon Rapids Chrysler Plymouth stood by my side the entire time with any issue I had with my new vehicle. So, I decided to check them out again. David Klein, my sales person was outstanding! He was very patient and knowledgeable with all of their products. I asked to test drive a couple of vehicles I had in mind. He went out and got the vehicles from the lot and drove them to the front door for me. As we were test driving, he knew everything about the vehicles. I wasn't finding what I wanted. Each time we test drove out of the lot, we would drive past my beautiful truck displayed up high on the dealership block by the main entrance. I finally said "That's what I am talking about" as I pointed to my pearl white Dodge Ram Laramie. David was patient and said let's take it for a spin. I fell in love immediately. It took me at least 6 hours to decide on a vehicle. David was very patient throughout the entire process. The service department is just as amazing! I had a few extras I wanted added on. While there were a couple of issues after the extras were added, the service department quickly took care of my concerns very kindly and professionally. I will highly recommend Coon Rapids Chrysler Plymouth to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!!! More

Excellent We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Last year we bought a 2015 Dodge Ram Rebel. We worked with Chad Warner and We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Last year we bought a 2015 Dodge Ram Rebel. We worked with Chad Warner and he was fantastic in helping us. So when I needed a new vehicle we called to see if Chad still worked there and he did. I spoke to him and he normally left for the day at 5pm. We wouldn't be able to get in until after 6pm. He waited for us and worked with us to make sure that we got the best deal. Even though it was after 8pm at this point, he stayed and went through the new 2016 Jeep Renegade LTD that we just bought to make sure that we knew everything that we wanted to know. He even told us to come back once the weather got warmer and he would show us how to remove the 2 removable moon roofs in the SUV. Thank you Chad for all of your help. We will recommend this place and more specifically, Chad to all of our friends. More
