I wouldn't own another make of car ever, the Grand Cherokee is the bomb! Carolyn Hagen was my rock, when I went in to meet with her she immediately made me feel comfortable, acknowledged my needs, no pressure whatsoever. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, communication was outstanding! Whether it was by email, text or phone I never waited more than a few minutes for a response.
