Exceptional service from bottom to top The Coon Rapids staff were exceptional - service, desk, parts, sales, and finance. I initially brought an old car in for service and the service rep. I ended up talking to a sales person, Ahmed Albouali, who was as professional as they come. I ended up buying a new car, and met with financial advisor, Drew Albrecht, who was provided advice that was very informative. Last of all, I had to order some extra items from Jerry Johnson in the Parts Department - he went way out of his way to accommodate all of my requests.
