As far as pricing, the dealership wasn't able to give us any better price than any other dealership in the area, but that being said, they also immediately gave us what discounts they could offer without trying to sucker us into paying MSRP, which I appreciated. However we were initially quoted with an incentive that we would only qualify for if we financed through Chrysler, along with a few other manufacturer incentives. However we weren't told that this was the case until we had already accepted the deal and were in the financing office signing papers, when we were told that we wouldn't get that incentive since we weren't financing through Chrysler. They then explained to us that if we wanted to receive that incentive by financing through Chrysler, we would lose the other available incentives. But their original quote to us had included the Chrysler financing incentive AND the other manufacturer incentives, which is contradictory to what they then told us in the financing office. So either you are able to receive all incentives with the Chrysler financing incentive (meaning they lied to us in the financing office) OR you aren't able to keep all other incentives with the Chrysler financing incentive (meaning their initial quote including all incentives was deceitful, which I should note was from the Sales Manager, not Amber). Overall our experience was great and we would still buy from them, especially Amber, because she was awesome. However just be wary of the different incentives they give and clarify the eligibility requirements. More

Since when customers are not allowed to shop around before making a decision. You see Tom was surprised I was looking for a "new' car not a used car and was surprised I was looking for a Wrangler. I am sorry for my brown skin and my accent that made you think I can't afford Wrangler. If you want to be treated eually in this dealership, you need to look in certain way I guess. I was a ready customer which means it's really your lose that you didn't help customers properly. If you a minority, don't go here! More

Aaron Schmidt did an excellent job selling me my Jeep Aaron came out to greet me when I arrived, and walked me through the different packages and models of the Jeep wranglers. On the test drive he continued to point out many features about the Jeep. We worked out a reasonable deal without any hassle. Families not respected by thsi dealership We were in the market for a gently used van to replace our Beloved " turtle " a green 2006 grand caravan that needed replacement after 275 K miles. David Kline gave us great service finding everything on our list to the tee. Price was slightly higher but will all the bells and whistles we realized that was the market price. After getting it home with our night purchase we found tranny fluid leak, cracked windshield and blower motor that sounded light a tractor. When contacting dealership they accused my family of damaging all of the above. Very negative comments and actions towards my family. Numerous trips to dealership got repairs done . Very surprised that all these items existing in a certified used vehicle. We hope the vehicle someday becomes as beloved as the "turtle." More
