Prepaided Service package I had a oil change package and had one left. I was told that it had expired, prepaid! I explained that my car is stored foe 5 months out of the year a I had a oil change package and had one left. I was told that it had expired, prepaid! I explained that my car is stored foe 5 months out of the year and I was out of the state when it expired. I ask them to make an exception but was a firm NO! I will not go back for them for anything again. It would have been different if it was a coupon, but I had already prepaid for these oil changes services. More

Only dealership I will ever purchase a vehicle through We had such a great experience last year purchasing a truck for my husband that when it came time to trading in my truck, I contacted the same sales a We had such a great experience last year purchasing a truck for my husband that when it came time to trading in my truck, I contacted the same sales and finance guy, Ben Sobraskie, to start the process for purchasing my next vehicle. Ben had the financing preapproval arranged before we ever went in and looked at any vehicles. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and knew based on what I was looking for, what I would like and not like. That saved us some major time, as there is nothing worse than spending 5 hours trying to find a car and shop for the best financing while at the dealership. The lifetime warranty that comes with any vehicle under 85k miles is amazing. It truly covers everything with exception of brakes and tires basically. Ben even threw in 3 free oil changes and for e rotations as a thank you as well. We will definitely be coming back for our 3rd trade in soon for our son's car. More

Service Dept NOT trustworthy Do NOT trust this Dealer. I decided to have routine maintenance and so glad now they have a window to watch over the mechanics. If I wasn't watching Do NOT trust this Dealer. I decided to have routine maintenance and so glad now they have a window to watch over the mechanics. If I wasn't watching I would have been charged for work never done. What a scam? I feel after talking to the service adviser and Service Manager that they believed the mechanic over me. Plus I had to wait almost 2 hrs for all this BS to occur through their supposedly "Express" service. More
