I called the Service Desk at 2 PM to see if I could schedule an appointment for an engine oil change and a rear differential fluid change. They had a 3:15 PM opening. I arrived at 2:45 and was back out the door by 3:30! Josh went over the servicing as well as spending time with me discussing future maintenance plans for my 2007 Element. I couldn't be more pleased! I really like that I am treated like a valued customer. The customer waiting area is very nice, 3 different areas to sit, quietly read my book, enjoy a coffee and before I know it my car is done!
