Unprofessional service department! Ruined my new truck on my first oil/filter service. Had oil all over my hood, grill, engine and steering wheel. Plus neglected to tighten the oil filter properly…oil leaked out underneath and was blown onto my front passenger tire and fender well while driving, as well as my driveway. Had to take my truck to a lube center and have it redone. Won’t admit fault and ignores your calls. Can’t wait to get a survey in the mail. More
