Perfection of buying experience!! I purchased a new Chrysler 200 today and have to say David and Ryan did a fantastic job! After purchasing over 9 vehicles at a competitor dealership, I can say I have a new home for all of my future auto needs. The pricing was spot on and the amount paid for my trade was better than my expectations. Their dealership offers tons of goodies like free oil changes with an express lane! No more waiting for 2 hours for my free oil change, when my time is short and valuable. A million THANK You's to David, Ryan and Tom for all of your help and the $5,000 in rebates!! More

Greg welcomed us in a friendly, professional and helpful mode. There were no "hard sell" antics, which would have been a deal breaker. He listened to what we were looking for and found the right vehicle for us. We went for a test drive, discussed the vehicle with Greg and then went home to think about it. Two days later we returned to buy it. The sales process took about 2 hours and included the loan application, vehicle registration and a full explanation of everything we signed. There was nothing that wasn't explained by either Greg or Tony (the finance person). It was our first experience with a Maryland auto dealer and was a great improvement over earlier purchases in other states. Overall, it was a very positive effort and I hope owning the RAM 1500 is as great an experience as purchasing it was. More
The Only Dealership to consider if you need service Have serviced with cooks over one year and every service experience is better and better, estimates are always precise and most times better than quot Have serviced with cooks over one year and every service experience is better and better, estimates are always precise and most times better than quoted the dealership cares about there customers the work is always done perfectly and great care is taken by all employees there, in my 46 years I do not remember a dealership that cares so much about there customer, they are the only people I trust with my car and unlike other dealerships who TALK A GOOD GAME these people get it and keep there word, a close friend is a client of Jones who offers the hotdogs manicures popcorn but it seems everytime she skips lunch she STARVES there cooks doesnt promise hot dogs they promise a dealership that cares for life good work trust and wonderful employees is far better than a hot dog someone promises you but never delivers and that is no bologna:))))) More
This is directly from the email that i sent to the dealership manager prior to writing a public review. He said he was interviewing everyone involved and would get back to me...I have yet to hear anyt dealership manager prior to writing a public review. He said he was interviewing everyone involved and would get back to me...I have yet to hear anything in spite of my follow-ups, so have decided to make my public reviews. "On Jan. 3 I came into the dealership to purchase a Ram that I had found on your website only to discover that it was riddled with dings dents and rust. I had met with a salesman by the name of Dan and he quickly began looking for another vehicle to suit my needs since the truck was no longer an option. I explained that the reasoning behind the purchase was that 1) I needed to have a payment lower than what I currently had on the Cadillac that I ultimately traded in and 2) I needed something that would actually drive through the snow. So after several hours at the dealership Dan and Brian found an equinox. Now here begins my problems. In order to get my payment where I needed it, at or below $350, Brian advised that I needed to find something on the lot around $15,000. Since your website was apparently incorrect in its pricing of vehicles he said that the equinox would fit my budget and he managed to work everything out with the bank. I was guaranteed that my payment was going to be at or below $350. However, by the time I made it over to the finance person the numbers had changed. When in the office going over the paperwork and signing everything I questioned the numbers. I first noticed that the actual price of the equinox was closer to 19k, far from the $15k that I was told I needed to be at, and that the monthly payment would be $386.00. That was $20 OVER my current payment even though I consistently expressed my need to have a payment below what I was already paying. However, the gentlemen in finance assured me that what was on the paper was not what my actual payment would be because he intended to submit the information to the bank and have it set up as a by-weekly payment, which in turn would lower that monthly amount. Furthermore, I was also assured that my first payment would not be due for 45 days. So, I foolishly signed the papers trusting the word of someone I hardly knew. The next day I called Brian as soon as the dealership opened to express my concern over the numbers once again and was expecting a call back, which I never received. Now you can imagine my surprise when I received a courtesy call from the bank today to explain the terms of my loan. They explained that not only is my actual payment the $386 and on a monthly basis, not bi-weekly, but that it is also due FEB. 2, which is clearly NOT 45 days. They explained that they had no control over the terms of the loan and that they were sent in that way from the dealership. I feel as though these sales tactics are nothing short of predatory. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and I have never once felt as though I had been taken advantage of until now. To add insult to injury the radio in this thing only gets one station (luckily it’s the one that I like and the only one that I checked for during my test drive). " More
I test drove 6 SUVs and all were nice and capable but the CX-9 was the only one that really interested me after the test drive. The Pilot, Traverse, and Pathfinder were too big. I’ve owned a Ford Explorer in CX-9 was the only one that really interested me after the test drive. The Pilot, Traverse, and Pathfinder were too big. I’ve owned a Ford Explorer in the past and it was an absolute nightmare. The Acadia was overpriced. The Durango was nice but not quite as nice as the CX-9. The CX-9 website does not do justice to the looks of this SUV. It is very sharp looking and people have given me a ton of compliments and I am thrilled with my choice. I got it a few months ago and have already done several road trips. It is very comfortable. The kids and luggage fit no problem at all! I guess my favorite features have to be that I finally have three rows which is great for a family of 4. I love all the tech stuff - GPS, hands free phone/text, USB, Pandora. I also love the rear camera - and it's needed too. My husband will be thrilled that I don’t take out trashcans and lawnmowers anymore. The Blind Side monitor has already saved me from one mishap. Heated leather seats are fantastic. The telescoping steering wheel is longest I've ever seen. The leg room is so long that all the way back I couldn't reach the pedals! Cook Auto is the best to deal with. I hate buying cars and yet they made this experience really easy. First and foremost- I love the Cook Care for Life. I know this is a program that exists other places but I really trust Cook. I’ve had some fairly nightmare experiences with last purchase at Jones Junction and wondering if the service was truly needed but I have more friends that use Cook and rave about being able to depend on their expertise and their reliability and being trustworthy. That means something in this day and age. Laron Lambert was a great salesman and Tommy Perry was also very helpful. Again, sometimes the financing is dragged out and painful but Tony Mosca got us in and out and was very personable. More
Service was great with friendly and conscientious personnel giving more than 100% effort. They went out of their way to make sure I had the best service possible. I was provided a loaner for the we personnel giving more than 100% effort. They went out of their way to make sure I had the best service possible. I was provided a loaner for the week which had a full tank of gas (which I replaced upon returning it). Everyone involved from the beginning to the end did more than enough to make sure my service needs were met fully. Thanks so much Cook Motor Cars. More
