No matter what the business, mistakes will occur. Any other dealer would have had me take the car in again to do the repair-- and to increase my inconvenience. Not Cook. The pick up and return of the auto were their ideas. I like a place that when a error is made, apologizes and makes things right without further hoo-haw. This is, to me, is real customer service.
