Very fine service even with a second visit involved My new Durango had a problem with the fuel filler door. Dealer did not have item on hand so ordered it, After some minor confusion about the repair, dealer sent someone to my house to pick up the car, to do the service, and to return the auto. No matter what the business, mistakes will occur. Any other dealer would have had me take the car in again to do the repair-- and to increase my inconvenience. Not Cook. The pick up and return of the auto were their ideas. I like a place that when a error is made, apologizes and makes things right without further hoo-haw. This is, to me, is real customer service. More

I had taken my car in for routine, free oil change and some computer upgrades. All services were tended to most expeditiously. And what may seen as a little detail, the snack machines were all fully stocked and priced lower than any convenience store. Very well done Cook Motors. More

The salesman showed me every vehicle I was interested without once mentioning to get my credit score to see what I qualified for. He made my vehicle purchase experience a pleasant one, nothing like I have ever experienced from a dealership or salesman. I am very happy to have chosen this dealership and foresee myself visiting this place in the future.
