I was going to purchase my vehicle there anyway, I have been getting my Caliber serviced there on and off since I moved to Maryland. Great Customer Service. Spoke with Greg at first over the phone and met with Chris to test drive 2016 Dodge Journey, that I had printed from their site. What a delight to meet with Chris he provided answers to my questions and explained everything that I needed to here in detail, he showed me and my husband how to connect to the blue tooth feature and all the features on the vehicle. Chris also logged my cell # in :) I claimed this vehicle when I searched on their site and printed the Specs, My mind was made up that morning that I would purchase this particular vehicle, Chris made the meeting so comfortable making sure me and my husband was comfortable, Finance team did their best job, manager appraised my car :( (caliber was good to me) deal was final, Chris had the Journey detailed, met with the Business Manager for tags and registration, turned my title over to them. This is the second easy going Car buying experience I had. I felt so good through out the deal. I am pleased with the purchase, and NO Pressure... Thank you More

Great Deal Excellent Service I have had my Challenger RT since 2014. When I bought it new they were the Best Price around. Since then they notify me of service and oil change ne I have had my Challenger RT since 2014. When I bought it new they were the Best Price around. Since then they notify me of service and oil change needs by email and text . I have never had a problem with the car or the service I have received .The service dept. is great at scheduling and usually takes my car early and finishes quick which is great. This Dealer is great compared to other new car dealers I have dealt with recently. who take up to 3 weeks just to schedule an oil change . I would recommend this dealer to Anyone !! More

Just make sure you have all the information before you hit the finance office- other than that, the experience was pleasant (for buying a car) and the people were great.
