I was working with three dealers, Cooks, Jones and Heritage on Harforn rd. Jones is always a disappointment but that is another story. Cooks didn't play games. I came in, drove a few cars (without Heritage on Harforn rd. Jones is always a disappointment but that is another story. Cooks didn't play games. I came in, drove a few cars (without sales person in the car)and we talked preliminarily about price. They were more than willing to get something from another dealer, even as far away as Va and del I really wasn't 100% sure if I wanted the charger or 300 or which motor when I left but that was my own indecision. 2 days later I decided on a 300 with 3.5 and nailed down a price at Heritage. I called Mr January and he simply told me he couldn't beat the deal and grab it if that was what I wanted. No xx about some ficticious advantage about buying from Cooks, no waste of my time by baiting me to come over, just a simple honest answer. Their price was close. I have bought two cars from Cooks before but that was 10 years ago and they were great. More
Awful management. When i bought the car there was a password protected blue tooth, when I asked about it, I was told the password was in the owner's manual. However, much to my surprise it was not. B password protected blue tooth, when I asked about it, I was told the password was in the owner's manual. However, much to my surprise it was not. By then I was home. (hours away). When i called back, the sales associate said he could not help me, but he would leave a message with the manager to call me back. When i called a closer dealership to have the password reset, I was told it would cost over $100 and take at least an hour. After i called back over 10 times, the manager finally talked to me 2 weeks later, and then proceeded to tell me that he would not pay for it, yell at me and lectured me for 10 minutes on how if I did not barter them down and paid full list price they would help me and then tell me how "offended" he was for me asking them to pay for it. I also paid the extra processing fee to have them take care of the DMV paper work, so that i would not have to wait in the DMV line. A week later i received my money back and paper work and them telling me I had to go to DMV to do everything myself. More
