After shopping around with a few other dealerships, I was getting discouraged. I found the listing posted on their site for a used Honda Civic. I printed it and headed over that weekend. Walking in with the car I wanted in mind made it super easy! Best of all no one was pushy. They respected I knew what I wanted and left it at that. Worst part of buying cars at the creepy salesmen. So happy with my experience there, I'd recommend it to anybody that needs a car. Not only that but the car is still running as great as the day I bought it. Thanks Bill! More

We purchased a lemon from JT, the sales manager, and per our agreement, were promised floor mats from the manufacturer. It has been 4 1/2 months and we still have not received mats for the car. They have continually comeuppance with excuse after excuse about the mats and have taken zero responsibility for the state of the car when it was sold to us. They are full of empty promises and it is extremely disappointing. More

This place should be called Crooks Auto. I went off in the dealership because they actually think you are and idiot especially being a woman. Had a talk witht the general manager who seemed very nice but also is shady, he brought the price down about 300.00 and printed out in detail what the fees were for so we could take to our credit union for the financing. They were actually charging us for running boards that were standard on the vehicle, an upgraded stereo system that was not even in the vehicle, power third row seating which the third row seating was manual. All these ***fees**** were bogus. Can I say *******FRAUD******* this place is a joke I dont know how they stay in business but they have messed with the wrong person, I am filing with MVA, I am calling Chrysler, and Mazda and filing a formal complaint. I have the proof............ crooks More

Saw internet add for $13490 for a Civic, called, and got a $14700 out the door price including tax, tags, and everything. I drove an hour to test drive it and probably buy it, when I found out that they "fo a $14700 out the door price including tax, tags, and everything. After an hour of negotiating, the lowest they came was about $1500 above their posted internet price. They still haven't fixed the online price. More
