Took a new (under1,500 miles) dodge truck in for a recall, now over 3 weeks later they still have my truck, and they don't know when the repair part will be in, asked to put the truck back in drivable recall, now over 3 weeks later they still have my truck, and they don't know when the repair part will be in, asked to put the truck back in drivable condition as when i took it there and they refused. Service writer even cursed me. Never ever take any vehicle in for service to this dealer, there are other Chrysler/Dodge dealers nearby with a much better rating. More
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY CALLED 2 DAYS LATER AND SAID THE TRUCK HAD A BAD TRANSMISSION. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A NEW ONE AND THAT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3 WEEKS. , EACH TIME WE CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE TRUCK THEY SAID THEY WERE STILL WAITING FOR THE PART . AFTER THEY KEPT THE TRUCK FOR 59 DAYS THEY RETURNED THE TRUCK,. THEY DID NOT MENTION THAT THEY HADNT REPAIRED THE TRUCK THEY JUST LET US DRIVE THE TRUCK AWAY, AS SOON AS WE PULLED OF THE LOT WE COULD TELL IT HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED, NOW THEY ARE TOTALLY REFUSING TO REPAIR THE TRUCK AND THEY MADE SURE THEY KEEP THE TRUCK LONG ENOUGH ,SO WE COULD NOT RETURN IT. I had to come here with my daughter to buy a car... I was completely shocked! They didn't try to sell my daughter all the extra crap! We were in and out in record time! I was so impressed that my husband and I went back to buy our truck! Never have I ever had a smooth car buying experience like this!! The manager Dan is absolutely amazing!! Addressing any concerns, coming up with great solutions.. He makes you feel like you have known him forever! I just can't say enough about our experience! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a super fair price! More

This is the maximum allowed by law minus $1, and it is displayed as small and as far from the advertised price in their listings as allowed by law. They obviously don’t want customers to see it. It worked for me, and I was unpleasantly surprised by the fee at closing. The general manager explained that they need to price this way to compete since “all” other dealers charge a documents fee. So, they are following a status-quo non-transparent pricing strategy which means they get a status-quo 3-star review. Mr. Cook, customers don’t want to play “I Spy” with your documents fee. More

Horrible people, horrible service, and they wont stand behind the 12/12 dodge warranty for all parts and labor. Replaced a door handle 3 times under warrenty, they claimed it was unfixable. NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE. We've purchased 5 automobiles from this Dealership since 2014. Our most recent purchase we purchased 2 automobiles on the same day.Both new automobil We've purchased 5 automobiles from this Dealership since 2014. Our most recent purchase we purchased 2 automobiles on the same day.Both new automobiles. A Mazda 6 Signature and a 2019 Ram Bighorn Lonestar Edition 4x4. Which brings me to our problem. On April19, 2021 The Ram was brought to the Dealership because of a issues with rough idle and hesitation. I got there before they opened. When the Dealership opened I was told they couldn't look at it today that they might be able to look at it in a day or so. No offer of a loaner while mine was being looked at and in the shop I was told I could drop it off. I'm an essential personal and they couldn't even take a moment to check my Truck to see if it was safe to drive. Now what kind of service is this for a customer that has bought several automobiles from your Dealership. Guess you don't want my business anymore. More
