So now, I have even less confidence in this dealership! I did this one star review a week ago. Then i received a generic response to call the dealership to make this right! I called the number provided. they gave me to the original salesman who transferred me to a voicemail.Where i reluctantly left a message 4 days ago. I have yet to hear back from anyone. To me that was a response to appease the people checking reviews but not to resolve the issue. That just confirms my original review!! Now I see why they have a D rating with BBB!
