Follow up notes I called the dealership on Friday December 13. The front desk person said they would take a message given the customer service rep who handles this website was off for the day abd I should expect a call Saturday. I left my name and number. No call Sat monday or Tuesday. I called again Tuesday Dec 17 and went to my salesperson directly. I informed him of my new issue of wheel locks on all 4 wheels with no key - really proactive job catching that for your customer who is out of state, guys. He said he would follow up with me. I received nothing other than some apology and some "that was your communication" feedback about the various issues I mention above I received no call back about the wheel lock until Dec 26, when I messaged the salesperson. I was told I would have to go to a Chevrolet dealer to have it addressed. I told my salesperson I am sending the bill to them, he replied ok. If you tell a customer to call you to quote make it right end quote, and you do not call me back after I leave a number and If you tell me various issues are my fault, the whole thing justifies my rating. You guys are not set up for selling vehicles out of state. Smelly cigarette smoke, forgetting a car has wheel locks, trying to charge a 900 dollar fee when your website says it should already be included...sorry, one star it is.
