I traded my infinit for a used 22 Titan here. Salesman was ok. But when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the correct key for the truck. I went back a few days later to find that they never cut the key. I also noticed the back doors and tailgate didn’t lock and unlock with the key fob. They cut the key but told me they would order the actuator for the doors. Then I never heard back from anyone. I reached out to my salesman and he said they refuse to fix the locks. I wouldn’t go back to this dealer or send someone there if it was the last Nissan dealer in GA. Costumer service is the worst!!!! More

Worst experience from their Business Development Center (BDC) via actual dealership and meeting the sales person that was appointed to us, (Will). I spoke with a person from the BDC and was assured on txt, (BDC) via actual dealership and meeting the sales person that was appointed to us, (Will). I spoke with a person from the BDC and was assured on txt, that we would be good to go. Even tried to put a worse case scenario in play with the BDC agent to make sure there were no issues upon arrival, I even called the dealership to speak with the agent and was assured again, that we were good to go. A few hours later after arriving, I should’ve know that as soon as we were seated and I was going over details on what transpired with the BDC agent, who reminded me again that I was going to meet with “Will”, that it was going to be a crap show. Will did not know anything I was talking about even to a point that he addressed the BDC is not on site, which I knew and he suggested we put in our application, which again, Will also made us feel as if we were idiots. When I started to explain why we came in the first place, not only did he take his phone out, but started texting, bowed his head to look at the phone and disregard anything I said up until I said we were leaving. It was such a bad experience, I would never recommend anyone going to this dealership unless you actually talk to someone at the dealership and not from the call center. Hate to see it happen like that, but the salesman was not at all accommodating once he found out that we were concerned that we put in an application and no one new about it, not even him, who we apparently had an appointment with. I hope they revisit the car buying experience with consumers that buy online because that was a completely disorganized way of getting customers in and wasting time. PS. I’ll probably get the same response as the rest of the consumers that rated the dealership a 1 star More
